Students have been busy designing and decorating the letter “R” for a large public sign at the La Collette Household Recycling Centre, helping to promote the important message: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
Led by the Design Technology Department, Mr Creaton and Mr Ware have supported students throughout the project, encouraging creativity while highlighting the importance of sustainability and responsible use of resources.
The project has provided a fantastic opportunity for students to contribute to a community initiative, using design skills to raise awareness of recycling and environmental responsibility. We are proud to see their work helping to inspire others to think about how materials can be reused and recycled to reduce waste and protect our environment.
