On 26 March 2026, students from Years 7–11 took part in the Kangaroo Maths Competition, an internationally recognised mathematics challenge designed to test logical reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Unlike many traditional mathematics assessments, the competition focuses on applying knowledge in innovative ways rather than relying solely on memorised formulas. Participants were encouraged to think critically and tackle a range of engaging and challenging questions.
The Kangaroo Maths Competition is held in more than 89 countries worldwide, making it one of the largest and most respected mathematics competitions. By participating, students had the opportunity to develop their confidence, challenge themselves academically, and compete alongside thousands of students from around the globe.
We congratulate all students who took part and commend their enthusiasm, dedication, and willingness to embrace this exciting challenge.
