House Christmas Card Competition 2025

A big well done to all students who submitted a House entry for the Christmas card design competition last term!

The standard was absolutely amazing!

The 4 runners up are:

Acrylle – Year 7 – Kempt

Eden – Year 8 – Seymour

Abi – Year 8 – Kempt

Salma – Year 9 – Fliquet

And the overall winning artist is:

Toby – Year 9 – Seymour

Toby’s beautiful Robin and the use of pencil and colour application impressed the judges, well done!

The House Points awarded to each House, for their entries, are as follows:

100 – Seymour

75 – Kempt

50 – Fliquet

25 – Rocco

Student Report - Christmas Card Competition

The Christmas Card Competition

The Christmas Card Competition is a pleasurable annual event at Haute Vallee where all students design an appealing and festive Christmas card in the hopes of it being the esteemed winning card. There is an amazing winner for each Year Group and above all else an overall winner out of the whole school. The winner receives a box of well-earned chocolates.

The winners are announced in Year Group assemblies where they are commended for their efforts and are praised for their impressive and ravishing artwork. The Christmas Card competition is a lovely tradition that encourages those who take part to stop and take some time out of their day to design a card and it can be a great time to take a break and relax.
