Crochet Club
Crochet Club is a fun club you can do on a Thursday lunchtime in C16 down in Horizon with your friends. The club is run by Mrs Grimes who brings in the wool and hooks. The only thing you have to do is show up, crochet, chat and have fun!
When you show up, you sit down at a table with your friends until Mrs Grimes comes with the equipment (you don’t need any experience and if you have never even held a crochet hook before that’s ok too). This gives you time to finish your food and relax.
Once you get your wool and hook, you can make whatever you want. If you aren’t that experienced, then you might want to practice your skills by making a simple chain (it’s quite easy when you get the hang of it). If you are interested in arts and crafts, want to spend a lunchtime trying new things and want to build your confidence then this may be the club for you!
